Hastings park run route. Hastings parkrun is free and open to everyone. So when i rock up on a saturday morning at 9am i must see at least 50 people i know. The course is at seaside road hastings. Every saturday at 9 00am.

The course is run entirely on tarmac paths. It is a 5km run it s you against the clock. We all run for our own enjoyment. Dependent on availability marshals will be at key sections of the course or signs will be in place.
